Residential Permits

Remodeling, Alteration	$10 per $1,000.00 per cost
Storage buildings with any dimensions over 12'	$.55 sq ft for heated space $.15 sq ft for unheated space
Storage buildings with all dimensions less than 12'	No Permit Required
Plumbing	$10 per trapped fixture and $10 per water heater (minimum permit fee $25.00)
Electrical	$.07 per square ft
Mechanical	$40 per unit and $2 per register
Flood Application	$75
Mobile Home (includes up to 200 sq ft of uncovered deck)	$.10 per sq ft heated area $.15 per sq ft unheated area
Pools, tennis courts	$150 flat fee
Multi-family, motels	$300 per unit plus $.20 per sq ft

Commercial
